Carnival in Villach – LEI LEI!

In Villach, carnival is called the fifth time of the year.

Once a year we are Lei-Lei (especially easy going).
Fun and sophisticated satire are part of Villach culture. It is much more fun than on TV, if you participate in our life meetings at the congress center or take part in the parade. Villach carnival cannot be described, it is something you have to experience!

On carnival Saturday, the traditional parade starts at 2pm in the center of Villach, just a few steps away from the Hotel City.
The most original masks and festival carts will win prizes.
Afterwards, the inner city of Villach turns into a party mile. “Everyone wears a mask” is the motto of carnival Saturday in Villach! LEI LEI!
